3. Refund processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if the request is made after the 10-day Refund Period, or if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
